How often do you send out royalty payments?

We send out Quarterly Reports. The Quarterly Schedule is as follows:

1st Quarter

Sales Period: January 1 through March 31

(Reports will be sent within 45 days from the end of the quarter)

2nd Quarter

Sales Period: April 1 through June 30

(Reports will be sent within 45 days from the end of the quarter)

3rd Quarter

Sales Period: July 1 through September 30

(Reports will be sent within 45 days from the end of the quarter)

4th Quarter

Sales Period: October 1 through Dec. 31

(Reports will be sent within 45 days from the end of the quarter)

There is a reason for the gap between when the quarter ends and when the report and payment is made. This is due to the delay in retail sales being reported to us by the distributors. They send this information to us 4 to 6 weeks after the close of each quarter. We then compile those sales per author for the quarter and audit the report 3 times before creating the report.

What should I do if I do not receive my royalty statement?

If you don’t receive a royalty statement, please don’t hesitate to contact us via info@greatwritersmedia.com or our Customer Support number: 877-600-5469 that way we can verify for you.

Will I be able to see who ordered my book?

Unfortunately, due to privacy reasons, we cannot share this information. On your royalty statement, you will see how many of your books were sold through our retail channels.

How will you be paid?

You may opt in for EFT payments or via PayPal.

Is there a deadline for submission of my bank information?

No, there is no deadline but your royalty payment will be placed on hold until you have bank information submitted. Information must be received 1 month prior to a payment date to be active for that payment date. All accrued Royalties will be paid at that time.
